Step1. Collect pictures and launch iMovie
Select the photos you add to your slideshow and click "iMovie" icon to open iMovie.
Step 2. Create a New Project
Right click on the library project, choose "New Project" menu. Project name and input and select your favorite slideshow themes. Click on "Create".
Step 3. Import photos
Drag all the pictures together in your iMovie window. Place them in the order you want them to appear.
Step 4. Add effects to your photos
You can add music, text and transition to the photo slideshow.
Step 5. Export iMovie Slideshow
Right Click and choose "Export Movie", select certain settings for your requirement. Finally, you can find the movie is exported in M4V format.
